Services for Yolanda (Dixon) Todman,47, formerly of Lufkin are scheduled for Saturday, February 8, 2020, at 11 a.m., the First Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will follow Davis Memorial Garden. Visitation will be held Friday from 5-7 p.m. Mrs. Yolanda Yvette Dixon-Todman was born July 24, 1972, in Lufkin died February 2, 2020, in Austin, Tx. Vette Dixon-Todman, daughter of the late Bishop Perry L. Dixon, Sr. and Evangelist Lois E. Dixon, was born in Lufkin, Texas on July 24, 1972. She attended public schools in the Lufkin ISD district where she graduated from Lufkin High School with the class of 1990. Mrs. Todman furthered her education in Houston, Texas, attending ITT Technical Institute of Houston, receiving an Associates in Technology. In 1997, Mrs. Todman moved to Killeen, Texas where she began her life working at GC Services (10 years), Vet Pride (2 years) and Darnell Army Medical Center (1 year). It was during the first few years of her life in Killeen, she met and married her beloved husband of 16 years (21 years together), Victor Todman. With this union, their family grew to raise three sons and one daughter. Mrs. Todman was a faithful member of 20 years to the True Deliverance Pentecostal Holiness Church in Killeen, Texas. She accepted the Lord as her savior during her years at the church and served in many departments: pastor's aide committee, church secretary, praise team leader (she loved to sing) and her passion was working with the youth. Sis. Todman would often testify of how God was a healer, after singing her one of her favorite songs "Jesus Will'. Indeed, Sister Todman will be truly be missed. She fought the good fight of faith and earned her wings. Fly high Sister Todman for your labor has not been in vain She leaves to cherish her memories: Her beloved husband, Victor Todman (Killeen) her children: Darius(Sadie) Branch- Austin, Texas; Malik Todman Alberta, Virginia; Arriyanna (Corey) Forch- Killeen; Demetrius Tapiln-Todman -Killeen Texas Grandchildren: Analiyse Brown Branch, Malachi Branch, Santana Todman, Alaia Branch.
