Services for Acie Poole, 83, will be held Saturday March 23, 2013 in Sweet Union, in the Sweet Union Baptist Church at 2:00 P.M. Burial will follow in the Sweet Union Cemetery. Visitation will
be Saturday at the church from 10:00 till time of service.
Arcie C. Poole was born on July 9,1929 to Prince Joe Ed Poole and Maude Thompson.
Acie C. met and married Odell Whitaker unto this union 4 children were born. In 1955 Acie C.
met and married Justine Sheffield and to this union 8 children were born.
Acie was self-employed logger and timber cutter all his life.

Daughter-in-law; Athalia Poole of Alto, Tx. Sons; Archie (Anna) Poole of Woodville, Tx., Acie Jr. (Angela) Poole of Missouri City, Tx. Jessie (Delonda) Poole of Jackville, Tx. and Keith (Bakaya) Poole of Alto, Tx.
Sister; Maize Watson of Houston, Tx. Brother-in-Law; Cecil Sheffield of Tadmore, Tx. and Ronald White of Crockett, cousin; Frankie Stull of Anchorage Alaska; 37 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
He was preceded in death by wife, Justine Poole, sons; Raymond and James Poole.
