Adline Adams' Obituary
Funeral services for Adline Adams 96, will be held Saturday, February 22, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in the Colonial Mortuary Chapel. Burial will follow in the New Center Prospect Cemetery.
.Adline Adams was born on July 4, 1926, in Sarepta, Louisiana to the late Anthony and Addie Jacobs.
She was preceded in death by her four sons - John Scott, Albert Simmons, Wilton Simmons, and J.T. Simmons, five sisters and five brothers.
She is survived by her three sisters - Mae Ethel Adams, Josie Mae Henderson, Bernice Jacobs; and one brother Grady Jacobs.
She leaves to cherish her legacy, ten grandchildren - Jackie Fisher (Craig), Randy Lofton (Sharon), Tony Anderson (Tumeka), Becky Reagan, Marilyn
Johnson (Brian), Jamie Kay Richards (William), Venecia Thompson, Mark Green, Clifton Reagan, André Hayes, twenty great-grandchildren, a host of great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A special thanks to Cameron Fisher (grandson), Corey Fisher (grandson), and Mary Mitchell (friend) for your unwavering commitment, sacrifice of your time, and love. You often put her needs above your own. cave
