Graveside services for Alise Spencer Jones, 93, of Nigton will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, October 16, 2021, in the Nigton Memorial Park in Nigton Texas. Mrs. Jones was born on August 18, 1928, in Wells, and died on Thursday, October 7, 2021, in Lufkin.
Alise Spencer Jones was born to Josh and Lela (Wallace) Spencer, on August 1 8, 1928 in Wells, Texas.
She was the youngest of fourteen children. Her siblings preceded her in death. Alise and her family moved to Nigton, Texas at an early age. She met and married Willie Jones who preceded her in death, and to this union, no children were born. Alise was an aunt that cared for her nieces and nephews, Spencer's and Deason's with a loving heart. She also loved to cook and bake. She loved to talk and visit with family and friends.
