Services for Arthur D. Allen, 59, will be held Tuesday, November 20,2018
at the Serenity Funeral Home, 1905 Union Blvd., St. Louis, Mo.. Funeral services will follow after a visitation starting at 3:00 p.m. Mr. Allen was born August 18, 1959 in St. Louis, Mo. and died November 10, 2018
in Lufkin, TX.
Arthur D. Alert, Sr., affectionately known as Red was born on August 18, 1959, in St. Louis, Missouri to the Union of Andrew and Hattie Allen. His father preceded him in death.
Arthur accepted Jesus Christ as his personal savior at an early age. He was baptized at Mount Carmel M.B. Church, where he served as a junior usher.
Arthur was educated in the St. Louis Public School District, after school he worked nanaaa Oily, Missouri. During his years in Kansas City, he worked alon$de his Life Long Best Friend 8 Jeff Jones. He later moved to Lufkin, Texas where he worked as a Demolition Worker until becoming i" in 2017.
Arthur was very outgoing and Pove spending time with his family. In his spare time he enjoyed cooking, skating, spinning records at all the ufamity events. He was the family comedian, aiways had a story to tell, L iove making up funny remixes to different songs, a sharp dresser and he was definitely THE LIFE OF THE PARTY!
