Funeral services for Arthur Lee (Grant) Thomas,69, of Diboll, will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, October 30, 2021, in the First Shiloh Baptist Church, in Diboll. Visitation will be Friday, from 5 p.m. till 7 p.m. Arthur Thomas, was born on June 23, 1952, in Lufkin, Texas, to the late Mary Alice Thomas and Oscar Harrell.
He attended Diboll Public School where he was a graduate of Diboll High School Class of 1971. Arthur was a member of First Shiloh Baptist Church in Diboll, Texas, under the leadership of Pastor Michael Butler. He was employed by Arthur Temple for many years and was caring for lawns at the time of his passing.
On Tuesday, October 19, 2021, Arthur Thomas departed this life on his mother's birthday, making his transition from his Earthly to Heavenly Home.
