Memorial services for Barry Caldwell, 66, formerly of Lufkin will be held Saturday, August 20, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. in the Colonial Mortuary Chapel. Cremation under the direction of Colonial Mortuary
Mr. Barry Caldwell was born on May 21, 1955, in Pineland, Texas, to the parentage of the late Walter and Clarise Caldwell.
He attended the Lufkin Independent School District while residing in Lufkin, Texas. He also had been employed at Lufkin Industries and Texas Foundries. Barry was baptized at Shiloh Baptist Church in Lufkin, Texas, where he was a member. Barry Loved the Lord and always spoke of God.
Barry had been a member of the United States Nåvy. In 1976, Barry relocated to Houston, Texas, where he worked various jobs, as well as being employed at the Astrodome in Houston, Texas. He was an avid fan of the NFL Houston Oilers. His livelihood also included his love for planting gardens. Barry never met a stranger and was one who would help anyone that he could. He also had a love for having parties. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends
