Funeral services for Beverly Jackson, 65 of Houston are scheduled for Saturday, January 20,2024, 12' Noon at the Alto Church of Christ, HWY 69, visitation will be held before service. Burial will follow in the Linwood Cemetery.
Beverly Jeannean Jackson was born on June 21, 1958, in Alto, Texas. She grew up in Alto and Crockett, Texas, where she attended both Alto and Crockett Public Schools. She accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior and was baptized by Bro. Johnny Williams. She was a member of the Alto Community Church of Christ. After moving to Crockett, she united with Lacy Hill Church of Christ. Later she relocated to Houston, Texas, and became a member of the Third Ward Church of Christ.
Beverly was united in marriage to Lewis Edward Jackson. They became loving parents to one son, Edward Demond Guinn-Jackson.
Beverly was preceded in death by her mother, Thelma Burleson; Husband, Lewis Jackson and two brothers, John Guinn and Dwight Guinn.

One son, Edward Guinn and his wife, Lillie Guinn; Two grandsons, Milton Jones (Naomi) and Nehemiah Guinn all of Houston, Texas; Four sisters, Darla Lewis (Hillard) of Beaumont, Texas, Lenetha Carter, Oletha Murray of Crockett, Texas, Helena McDaniel (Alvis) of Grapeland, Texas; one brother, Eric Burleson of Crockett, Texas; Two aunts, Georgia Powers of Arlington, Texas, Novella Guinn of Alto, Texas; Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends
