Graveside services for Billy Ramsey, 73, of Lufkin will be held Saturday, April 17, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. in the Cedar Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 5:00 till 7:00 p.m. at Colonial Mortuary. Mr. Ramsey was born December 1, 1947, in Lufkin and died April 6, 2021, in Houston, TX.
