Carl Edgar Harris, 79, of Lufkin, Texas, passed away peacefully on May 29, 2026.
- Carl was born on April 17, 1947, to Speedy and Francis Harris. he was a devoted father, grandfather, veteran, businessman, and friend whose kindness and generosity touched the lives of many.
- Carl proudly service his country in the United States Navy before being medically discharged. Following his military service, he worked for A&J Mobile Air for several years, where he developed the skills and reputation that would later help him establish his own successful business, Carl Harris A/C and Heating. Through hard work, dedication, and integrity, he built a career that reflected his strong character and unwavering work ethic.
- Above all else, Carl was known for his loving and caring nature. He never hesitated to help someone in need and was always willing to lend a hand, offer advice, or provide encouragement. He possessed a gentle spirit, a soft heart, and a contagious laugh that could brighten any room. His strong work ethic was one of the many values he proudly passed on to his children, and his example will continue to inspire those who knew hm.
- Carl found his greatest joy in his family. he is survived by his sons, Carl Ray Harris, and Mark Anthony Harris; and his beloved grandchildren, Logan Harris, Jade Harris, Max Harris, and Lilly Harris. He was preceded in death by his parents, Speedy and Francis Harris.
- Carl's legacy of hard work, compassion, generosity, and love will live on through his family and the countless lives he touched throughout the years, He will be deeply missed, and forever remembered by all who had the priviledge of knowing him.
