I'm and old friend of Lee's, from about 1976 through the early 1980's. I worked with Lee in machine shops along with Russel Tyler, I did setup with his band, traveled to his folks in Nacogdoches, but lost track of Lee when I returned from the USMC.

Lee was a fantastically talented man, a good friend and am saddened to learn of his passing.
