Burial will follow in the Cedar Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. till 7:00 p.m. Mr. Garcia was born August 23,1952 in Lufkin, TX. and died July 9,2017 in Lufkin, TX.
