28, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the Bell Chapel Baptist Church, 2172 FM 353, San Augustine, TX. Pastor Timothy Teal will be officiating. Mrs. Garrett was born April 6, 1960 in Memphis, Tenn. and died February 18, 2015 in San Augustine, TX. Cremation under the direction of Colonial Mortuary.
