Demarcus Ju' Wan Clark's Obituary
Memorial service for Demarcus Clark 47, of Lufkin will be held on at 11 a.m., Saturday, January 6, 2023, at Mt. Beulah Baptist Church, 217 S. Warren St, Lufkin .Visitation and viewing will be Friday January 5, 2024 from 5:00 ti ll 7:00 p.m. Mr. Clark died on Tuesday, December 26,2023, in Houston. Cremation service is under the direction of Colonial Mortuary.
Demarcus was born on April 12, 1976 in Houston, Texas, where he attended elementary school for a short period of time. The family moved back to Lufkin, Texas, where he attended and graduated from Lufkin High Schobl in 1994. After graduating from high school, he studied at Angelina College seeking a degree in Business. He was employed at Georgia Pacific in Corrigan, Texas, where he worked for a number of years. With the guidance of his mother, he attended Mt. Beulah Missionary Baptist Church at a early age.
Demarcus loved life. He enjoyed traveling, spending time with his family and family gatherings. He loved sports, football, super bowl parties and different types of cars. He also had a love for horses. In 2016, he encountered kidney failure, and this brought a major change into his life.
On December 26, 2023, God called him home.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, L.C. and Martha Menefee; Best friend, Doc Thompson.
