Services for Denise La"Von Maxie, 41, of Lufki will be held Saturday, June 4, 2016 at 11:00 p.m. in the New Zion Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Davis Memorial Gardens. Viewing will be Friday till 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Ms. Maxie was born December 8, 1974 in Lufkin, TX. and died May 25, 2016 in Houston, TX.
