Ms. Flossie Williams made this world a better place, she had a kind and decent heart, beyond normal, beyond most I've known!
I found out , at a time when I was struggling financially, when someone " took from me" she gave to me, when someone showed me narcissism and spite, she showed me empathy, and gave my mind
" respite".....she found out I needed cash, she would not take no for an answer, she gave me much more than what was taken from me, made sure that I understood that she was doing it, because she watched me, and saw that I was a true friend to someone she truly valued and loved, both her son, but especially Joyce, her loving, and " caretaker extradonaire" granddaughter..., It's clear where Joyce inherited her selfless and genuine nature, and I wish her , the whole family and her friends very sincere condolences, and " the peace that passeth all understanding" that her God, who she was so sincere and deep in her faith in Jesus Christ , and the comfort in knowing, that she is in a place where she once again can walk, run, and enjoy being pain free, and as she was a truly faithful, and decent believer, and follower of Jesus Christ,
She seemed to try so hard to follow his true teachings of " faith, hope, and love" and always help when, and where you can ......she did truly make this confused, and sometimes hard and hurtful world a more tolerable place, for so many, anyone "who knew her light" will be forever touched, and must carry on, passing what she lived and shown .....I feel like that is what she wanted, and she wanted her "close ones" to remember the good, and so carry on the good..............I felt a need to post something as " semi poetic/my best attempt to show what so many felt , I worry, but have hope for those who carry on without her, and I will try to do my best to " uplift, rather than downtrod" those she wished so much for, I see the potential she saw, and I will try to be better at not being negative, because she would appreciate that, I'm quite sure....sincerely , DH
