Gary was my Friend and ‘Right-hand Man’ for almost 30 years. Gary was not just a friend, he was a TRUE friend! Gary knew what friendship was, and personified it always! We shared the same birthday of October 14th. As my ‘Right-hand Man’ and Sous Chef for more than 25 years, at the Houston Astrodome and Chef Tim Catering, Gary was an excellent cook, organizer and inspiration to me and our entire culinary team. I miss Gary a lot but I’m comforted in knowing he is with our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ. Thank you Gary for your loyalty as my ‘Go-to Right-hand man’ in business and even more so as my dear friend!!
