Services for Jamarcus D. Berry,31, will be held Saturday, January 24, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. in the Colonial Mortuary Chapel . Burial will follow in the Diboll Cemetery. Mr. Berry was born August 2, 1994 in Lufkin, Tx. and died January 6, 2026 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Jamarcus D. Berry, affectionately known as MR 33, was born to Dietra Ann Berry and Paul Woodson on August 2, 1994 in Lufkin, Texas. Jamarcus attended the Diboll Independent School District in Diboll, Texas. He was self-employed as an entrepreneur, and also had been employed for many years as an Oil Field worker. His livelihood consisted of his love for writing and free styling his music. He also loved fishing, working, and taking care of his nieces and nephews, gardening on family land, and to meditate for hours. He was loved and will be greatly missed by his family and dear friends,
On January 10, 2026, Jamarcus D. Berry made his transition from this earthly life to his eternal heavenly home.
Jamarcus in preceded in death by: His grandparents, Marilyn and Ronald Woods; Great-grandparents, Narcisse and Linnie Berry; Great-aunt, Essie Berry and Great-uncle McBerry.
