Services for James M. Phipps, 73, of Diboll will be held Saturday February 4, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.
in the Church By Christ Jesus, 100 Beech St., Diboll, TX. Burial will follow in the Forest Haven Cemetery in Diboll. Visitation will be from11:00 a.m. till time of services at the church. Mr. Phipps was born May 18, 1943 in Westville, TX. and died January 25, 2017 in Diboll.
