28, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. in the Long Chapel C.M.E. Church, 514 Lining St., Lufkin, TX. Burial will follow in the Davis Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 12:00 noon till time of services. Mrs. Coutee was born July 30, 1946 in Lufkin, TX. and died February 23, 2015 in Elkhart, TX.
