Church By Christ Jesus, 100 Beech St., Diboll, TX. Burial will follow in the Cal Wooden Cemetery
in Fordice, TX. Visitation will be Monday, March 6, 2015 in the Colonial Mortuary Chapel from 6:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. Ms. Phipps was born October 24, 1987 in Lufkin and died March 2, 2015 in Lufkin.
