John J Carnahan's Obituary
John Joseph Carnahan of Lufkin, Texas was taken from our lives entirely too soon on Thursday,-September 15,2022 at the age of 48. He was an extremely proud daddy to his three bright and beautiful daughters, Parker (24) of Raleigh, North Carolina, and Carson (22) and Chasity (18) both of Lufkin. John was the son of Joseph Carnahan of Lufkin and the late Frieda Carnahan. He was preceded in death by his sister Bunny Gangstad.
John was a loyal human with the kindest, most gentle heart. He could amuse you with his dry sense of humor, fix anything you broke, and he would lend a hand whenever you needed it. John was one of the hardest working people on earth. He worked tirelessly to provide for his family and was known for being able build nearly anything. He loved riding his chopper, listening to music, tinkering in the shop or on projects with his dad, and just hanging out with family and friends for Nanny's taco night.
John touched the lives of so many people and will be immensely missed. A memorial service will be held on at 6pm Wednesday, September 21, 2022, at Chamber's Park Pavilion #1 at 425 Pershing Ave, Lufkin, TX.
