Services for Johnny Williams, 64, will be held Saturday, August 26, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. in the Goodwill Missionary Baptist Church, 812 E. Lufkin Ave. Burial will follow in the Davis Memorial Garden. Mr. Williams was born June 21, 1959 in Lufkin and died August 19, 2023 in Lufkin.
Johnny R Williams was born June 21, 1959 in Lufkin, TX, to the Ite Jerline Williams and Ivory J. Hadnot.
ohnny is a 1977 graduate of Lufkin High School. During high school e loved all sports, however football was the number his igh school football career is where he got the nickname "The Juice" or being on of the best running backs. He loved and enjoyed fishing, ootball, and basketball. He loved the Lufkin Panther and L.A Lakers.
fter 25 years of services, Johnny retired from G.E former Lufkin adustries.
accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord & Savior; he attended Goodwill aptist Church, and served on the Trustee Board, and a member of le brotherhood, under the leadership of Bishop M E Lyons.
n January 29, 1982 he married his wife Shelia (Bronson) Williams of I years. To this union two sons where born. Johnny R. Williams Il JR) and Christopher Williams. Daughter LaNetric Gambrell.

Special Friends astor David Horace, Pastor Leroy Nesmith, Billy Horace. A host of ieces, nephews, and numerous friends.
