My uncle, friend & brother. I still remember you, me, Ricardo, Eva all playing together, as if it was yesterday. You always made time to come and see us in the Valley, no matter what. We cried, laughed, danced and sang right along with you playing the guitar.
There was no time and distance that could separate the family bond. However, your passing has left a deep wound that only time can heal, not only for me, but for my parents Mr. & Mrs. Blanco, my adult children and my siblings, who always regarded you in high esteem.
I know, without doubt, you're in a better place now. And, even though I have so much to say, words are extremely difficult for me to even write at this time, since my heart is in pieces from your departure.
You were always the strongest one of the family . You never cared who said what - for that, and countless other things too numerous to mention, I give you thanks.
Our humble and heartfelt condolences go out to my Tia Luisa and all my cousins. Rest in Peace dear Uncle Luis. Ride like the wind and be free, because you always rode the storms of adversity here on earth like the eagle soars through the harshest storms. Eventually, in God's time (since He holds our respective lives in His Hands) we shall see each other again. You will ALWAYS be in our hearts.
With all our love,
Hilda Blanco & Family

A great uncle, very caring and loving. I hate to see you leave us so soon. You were very full of life and so outgoing. You always said that I made the best tamales that you had ever had. Rest in peace uncle. Love you always your niece Victoria Ross.
