Funeral service for Mabellean Settler,68, of Lufkin will be held at 11 a.m., on Saturday, July 3, 2021, in the Goodwill Baptist Church, 812 East Lufkin Ave, Lufkin 75901. Burial will follow in the Davis Memorial Garden. Mrs. Settler was born on August 23, 1952, and died on Sunday, June 25, 2021, in Houston.
Mabellean was born on August 23, 1952 in Woodvillie, Texas, to the proud parents of Arthur and Mabel Settler. She was the 4th. of ten children.
She was a faithful member of Goodwill Baptist Church of Lufkin, TX.
Preceded in death by: her parents Arthur and Mabel Settler, sister, Ella Arline, brothers James and Joe Settler.
Ms. Mabellean leaves to cherish her are beloed children: Michelle Settler and Robert Johnson Jr., Brothers: Michael, Leonard and Willie. Sisters: Daphine, Lottie, Shirley and Patricia, 3 grandchildren, 2 great grand children and a host of nephews and nieces and other relatives and friends.
