Funeral Mass for Maria Jacobo, 71, of Lufkin, TX, will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, April 6, 2025, in the Colonial Mortuary Chapel. Rosary will be held at 5 p.m., Saturday, April 5 2025,in Colonial Mortuary Chapel Burial will follow in the Gann Cemetery. Ms. Jacobo was born on November 5, 1953, and died on April 2, 2025, in Lufkin, Tx.
Maria Estela was a lovinge mother and grandmother, who lived life to it's fullest. she was never afraid to be exactly who she was and ready to celebrate life at every opportunity. A steadfast friend, an encouraging presence, an a ways looking to the needs of others before her own. You will e missecl.
she was preceded in death by: Her father, Lucio; Husband, Remedios, and granddaughter, Rosita.
she is survived by: Her children, Nabor, Humberto (Sylvia), Gaston (Claudia), and Erica; Her grandchildren, Alessandro, Erick, Danilo, liana, Humberto, Jr., Diego, Valeria, Saul, Reyna, Victoria, Isaiah, and Xenia; Her great-granddaughter, Bellamy; Siblings, Valentine, Rosalinda, Frank, Norma, Erma, Kristy, Richard, Santos, Ruben, Humberto, Norma and Oscar.
