Pearlie Deason Smith's Obituary
Services for Pearlie M. Smith, 77, of Lufkin will be held Sunday, March 11, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Colonial Mortuary Chapel. Burial will follow in the Nigton Cemetery. Pearlie Deason Smith, was born on March 17, 1940 in the Nigton Community to the late Equilla (Spencer) Deason and Batie Deason.
She attended the Nigton and Diboll Public School Districts. Pearlie was a resident of Lufkin, Texas at the time of her demise. She had been employed by Woodland Heights medical Center for sixteen years and retired from the Lufkin Independent School District. Her favorite past time was to work word search puzzles. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
On March 7, 2018 Pearlie Deason Smith departed this life in Lufkin, Texas.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Henry C. Smith; Three brothers, Ben Jr., Sylvester and Lonnie C.
