Precious Jewel Whitmill's Obituary
Services for Precious J. Whitmill, 87, formerly of Diboll, Tx. will be held Saturday December 6, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. in the Colonial Mortuary Chapel. Burial will follow in the Forest Haven Cemetery in Diboll, TX.
Precious Goff-Whitmill, was born on August l, 1938 in Magnolia Springs, Texas, to the parentage of the late McKenley and Mertie Cooper-Goff.
She confessed Christ at an early age, and joined Shiloh Baptist Church in Diboll, Texas. Precious attended H.G. Temple High School in Diboll, Texas. She was a dedicated employee at Temple Industries for over 25 years. Precious was an elegant dresser, and loved to spend quality time with her family. She shall be miss by all who knew and loved her.
On November 26, 2025, Precious Goff-Whitmill departed this earthly life in Columbus, Georgia.
Precious was preceded in death by: Her paernts, McKenley and Merite Cooper-Goff; A son, Terry Miller; Two sisters, Dorothy Byrd and Hazel McCloud; A brother, C.W. Goff and Half sister, Della Lewis.
Her survivors include: A son, Andrew (Linda) Whitmill of Phenix City, Alabama; Granddaughter, Sharonda Paige of Diboll, Texas; Nephew, Jerry (Jackie) McCloud of Lufkin, Texas; Nieces, Diamond (Robert) Pinkney of Lufkin, Texas; Dorothy NcCloud of Humble, Texas; Merttie (Leroy) Bailey of Livingston, Texas; a great-nephew, Johnny Goff of Houston, Texas; A wealth of nieces, nephews, and other relatives, friends, and extended family that will miss her dearly.
