Memorial Services for Rance Henderson Jr., 50, of Lufkin will be held Saturday, November 26, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. in the Colonial Mortuary Chapel. Mr. Henderson was born November 23, 1971, in Shreveport, La. and died November 20, 2022, in Lufkin.
Rance Jay Henderson, Jr. was born on November 23, 1971, in Shreveport, Louisiana to the proud parents of Vallie Jones and Rance Henderson. Also, a special father, Rolan Jones Sr. of Lufkin, Texas.
Rance was a self-employed mechanic with numerous family and friends. Rance Henderson Jr. grew up part of his life in Shreveport, Louisiana, and resided in Lufkin, Texas his last years of life. He was the light to anyone's day. He loved to hunt, fish, and having a good game of dominoes. He was a great father and husband to his wife LaTasha Morgan Henderson and his children, Natalia Henderson, Jayden and Jadarius Henderson Lufkin, TX. and Bryan Fitch of Denver, Colorado.
Rance was preceded in death by his grandparents, Emeree Russell, Mary Henderson, Jacob Pee, Robert Russell and Frank Henderson. His aunt, Patricia Caldwell.

Lufkin, Texas, Rance and Irie Henderson of Dallas, Texas; His wife, LaTasha Morgan Henderson of Alto, Texas; A daughter, Natalia Henderson of Lufkin, Texas; His sons, Jayden and Jadarius Henderson of Lufkin, Texas and Bryan Fitch of Denver, Colorado; His sisters, LaShonda Henderson of Houston, Texas, Rolanda and Tyree Lane of Katy, Texas, Yolanda Bell of Lufkin, Texas, Susan and Simmie Brown of Shreveport, Louisiana; Brothers, Roland Jones, Jr. and Raven Monique of Katy, Texas and Kedrick Henderson of Dallas, Texas; Special nieces and nephews, Sheara and Charite Browning of Lufkin, Texas, Deion Henderson of Houston, Texas, Brooklyn Jones of Fort Worth, Texas, Barrish, Brittany and Joseph Bell of Lufkin, LaToya Wilson and Isiah Brown of Shreveport, Louisiana, Victoria and Akasha Henderson of Dallas, Texas; 3 grandchildren, Javion and Jakaden Williams, Naria Sweat of Lufkin, Texas; Special cousins, Cedric Caldwell and Venus Davis of Shreveport Louisiana; Numerous cousins, great-nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
