11:00 a.m. in the Baldwin Chapel Baptist Church, 288 Martin Luther King, Groveton, TX. Visitaion
will be from 10:00 a.m. till time of services at the church. Burial will follow in the Parker Ridge Cemetery in Groveton. Mr. Roosevelt was born March 22, 1932 in Groveton, TX. and died December 19 2015 in Lufkin, TX.
