Sheryl Foley
Ruby Mae Kanada was the daughter of Melvin Kanada and Beatrice Moore. Her Grandmother Maud Mackey and Grandfather John Moore raised her from birth. She later as a young girl went to live with her Aunt and Uncle Freddie and Ella Mae Walker. They parented her the rest of her young years. She traveled from Texas to Portland Oregon to Los Angeles California. There she settled and this became her home. She grew up in Los Angeles California. She attended Jefferson High School. There she met and married her husband, Fred Benbo. From this union she birth her two oldest daughters; Joyce Marie Benbo and Reba Jean Benbo. She would later go back to Texas to visit her Grandmother where she met Joe Foley. From this union she birth four children. Joe Curtis Foley, Brenda Carolyn Foley, Jacquelyn Renee Foley, Shirleen Teresa Foley and Valerie Denise Foley. She raised all her children up in Los Angeles California.
