Services for Stephen Mitchell, 54, of Diboll, TX. will be held Saturday, November 10, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the Church of The Living God, 1002 Cypress St., Diboll, TX. Burial will follow in the Forest Haven Cemetery in Diboll. Visitation is Friday, November 9, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. till 7:00 p.m. at Colonial Mortuary.
Stephen Fitzgerald Mitchell was born February 9, 1964, in Lufkin, Texas, to Erma Mitchell Johnson and Jack Benny Ligon. Stephen loved the Lord and joined Church of The Living God in Diboll, Texas at an early age. Stephen was a graduate of Diboll High School. Stephen had been employed as a tree trimmer in San Antonio, Texas.
