Services for Tamara Smith, 24, will be held Saturday, December 4, 2021 at 2:00 p. m. in the Colonial Mortuary Chapel. Burial will follow in the Davis Memorial Garden. Ms. Smith was born January 22, 1997 in Nacogdoches and died November 29, 2021 in Houston, TX.
Tamara Cne' Smith, was born January 22, 1997, to Buddie Smith, Jr. and Christie Lawson.
Tamara was born and raised in Lufkin, Texas. Growing up, Tamara Attended James Chapel True Light Holiness Church with her Nana Christine Jackson, under the leadership ofBishop Cleo Hale. She attended Lufkin High School, graduating with the Class of 2015. She soon moved to Nacogdoches, Texas, where she resided at the time of her demise. Tamara was an employee of Pilgrim's Pride, where she worked alongside some amazing people, whom she was quite fond of. She was a loving mother of three beautiful children, which she loved every day of their lives. Tamara, also known as Pretty T. was loving, compassionate, silly, well liked, and admired by many.
Tamara transitioned November 29, 2021 at 6:43 surrounded by loved ones at Houston Methodist Hospital. The family would like to take this time to thank the staff for taking such good care of Tamara while she was in their care.
