Service for Terry Montgomery, 51 of Lufkin will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, October 21, 2023, at Goodwill Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Cedar Grove Cemetery. Mr. Montgomery was born on March 12,1972, died on Saturday, October 7, 2023, in Nacogdoches, Tx.
Terry Lynn Montgomery was born in Lufkin, Texas on March 12, 1972, to the parentage of Victoria Montgomery and the late Dave Griffin.
Terry "Ta La" Montgomery attended the Lufkin Independent School District and had been employed by Georgia Pacific at the time of his passing. During his school years and employment with Georgia Pacific, Ta La, developed many friendships that will leave a great void. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. On October 7, 2023, Terry Lynn Montgomery departed this life in Nacogdoches, Texas.

A host of aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews that will greatly miss him.
Preceded in death by brothers, Mack and Jeffrey Montgomery and his grandparents, Mack and Ovelia Garner.
