Services for Tia'Ahlee Maxie, 18, will be held Saturday December 21, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. in the Dimensions
of Faith Deliverance Church, 424 E. Lufkin, TX. Burial will follow in the Davis Memorial Garden. Visitation is Friday from 5:00 till 7:00 p.m. at Colonial Mortuary.
Tia-Ahlee Maxie, was born on July 30, 2006 in Lufkin, Texas, to the parentage of Patrick Maxie and Sherricka Calvin. She was a loving daughter, sister, cousin, friend and most of all a child of God.
She was affectionately called T'ia by her friends and family. Tia' Ahlee was an author , daughter, sister and friend. Though she only lived eighteen (18) years, she managed to make an impact on every individual she met. Her livelihood consisted of her enjoyment of church, and at 4:00 a.m. each morning, she praised and worshiped . She loved to write and was able to publish books as an author during her lifetime. She also loved plays as well as creating them and turning them into writing. T'ia was a loving and giving peron who loved to dance and create choreography. She would bring other children into the home and teach them about Christ. Another one of her specialties was her love for animated technology. Tia attended Lufkin High School her senior year. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
On December 5, 2024, Tia 'Ahlee Maxie made her transition from her Earthly Home, to her Heavenly Home to be with Christ and the Angels she loved so much.

Tia 'Ahlee Maxie is preceded in death by: a sister, Za'Maya Washington; Grandmothers, Dolphalene Calvin and Kathlene Hadnot.
