Memorial service for Timmie Montgomery Sr., 68 will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, November 29, 2025, at the Colonial Mortuary Chapel. Mr. Montgomery was born on July 30, 1957, El Paso, TX. and died on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, in Lufkin.
Timmie C. Montgomery was born July 30,1957 in El Paso , Texas to Connell Montgomery Sr and Winnie M. Jenkins Montgomery both of whom proceeded him in death. Timmie grew up and attended public schools in Lufkin High School with the Class of 1976. Timmie was employed by Pilgrim Pride for several years in the Sanitation https://Department.Timmie was self employed as a Carpenter until his health started to decline. Timmie loved singing for his friends and family. Whenever the family gathered there was going to be singing. Timmie started singing at the age of a young age and God blessed his voice. Timmie became a member of Bethesda Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Derrick White.

Brothers: Connell Montgomery Jr, and a brother from another mother Kenneth Hadnot(Sharon),Children:Timmie C. Montgomery (Tim 2) Ashley, JaCarlod Lee and Marctavious Fowler Daughters Corea, Brittany,Briara,Briana Hollman and 15 grandchildren ,Aunts: Alice Porter (Alford), Cora Burk, Madeline Ellis and Margaret Fisher, Ivory Jean Jenkins. A host of nieces and nephews that he loved dearly.
