Services for Xavier Waters, 25, of Lufkin will be held Saturday March 9,2013 at 2:00 p.m. in the Impact Outreach Ministries 440 FM 2021, Lufkin, Tx..Visitation will be on Friday at Colonial Mortuary Chapel from 6:00 pm till 8:00 pm. Burial will be in the Cedar Grove Cemetery, Lufkin, Tx.
