Mother Mosley opened her heart and arms to me as a new member @ Livingston C.O.G.I.C. and became fast friends with my mother when they met. She was the essence of the Proverb 31 woman.

My love and condolences goes out to Mrs. Mosley lovely family and friends. I enjoyed so much visiting with Mrs. Arverta Mosley in person or by phone over the years. I am pleased that I was able to interview her in March of 2005 and contribute a Biographical sketch of her for the Notable Women Polk County Texas Publication (AAUW) American Association of University Women of Polk County, Texas: page 151-152. She also was a frequent guest on my Radio show over the years. We learned so much from her. She always thanked me for thinking about her.
To the Family of Mrs. Arverta Mosley, I send my sincere and deepest condolences to each of you. As a young lady growing up in Livingston and having the opportunity of knowing Sis. Mosley was an honor and a privilege. She was very influential in helping me to raise my small children and giving me biblical insight even in my everyday life. I had the opportunity to go to her home on many occasions and whenever you entered her home she was offering you hospitality and you alway wanted to come again. Things that I learned from her, will always be treasured. I pray God will strengthen each of you during this time of Bereavement. Heaven has definitely gained a Beautiful Angel.
